Selden Chromed bronze Halyard lead, U-shaped - for rope and wire halyards, fasteners included

The original halyard lead used for Furlex Type C, D, 300, 304, 400 and 404. As the material is bronze, a wire halyard will eventually tear the lead fitting. Replace the fitting when two-thirds remain. 

Fits over the halyard and an insulating plastic plate to prevent corrosion, a ø5,3 mm drillbit and 3 x M6 self-tapping screws are included. 

A halyard lead is often needed for a headsail furling installation to create the important 10° angle between headstay and halyard. This prevents halyard wrap and more information is to be found in Furlex installation manuals.
